Description of tasks:

• Installation of audiovisual equipments et accessories
• Running cables
  
• Test and configuration of equipments
• Give training on the operation of the equipments to the customer.
• Answer customer questions
• Respond to Service Call
• Stay up to date on new audiovisual technologies
• Ensure compliance with health and safety rules and requirements
• Represent Decibel Audio at customer site
• Keep the truck's inventory of materials and cables updated and with sufficient quantities.

Desired Skills and Abilites:

• Minimum of 2 years in installation of audiovisual systems

• Having a valid driver's license
• Ability to solve problems
• Ability to work in team or alone
• Détient un diplôme en technique audiovisuelle, CTS ou équivalent
• Knowledge of Symetrix Composer (an asset)
• Knowledge of Q-SYS (an asset)
  
• Knowledge of video conference software like Team, Zoom (an asset)
• Knowledge of URC, Crestron control system (an asset)
• Knowledge of computer (network, Windows and MAC OS environment)
• Knowledge in lighting (DMX protocol)
• Knowledge in audio (DSP programming)
• Knowledge in video (signals, connectivity)
• Knowledge in electronic (soldering, AC and DC circuit)
• Knowledge in carpentry (Composition of a wall, mechanic anchoring, running cables, ...)
• Have an eye for detail
• Has as ASP Construction card for security on construction site (an asset)
• Has a skill card for Scissor lift and articulating boom lift (an asset)
